In an effort to better serve our patients, we have transitioned our Electronic Health Record system to Epic. This change helps improve patient care and enhances the overall patient experience. As part of this transition, patients gained access to MyChartPlus, a secure patient portal that provides convenient access to health information, test results, appointments, prescription refill requests, and communication with their care team. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition as our staff learns and adapts to the new system.
